There is a $7.00 fee per transcript for Standard Service. Please allow up to 3 business days for processing.  Transcripts can be mailed through the U.S. Postal Service to the address that you provide or picked-up from the Earlham College Registrar's Office during office hours.

Next Day Service: This option ensures that the transcript is processed by the next business day and is either mailed via the U.S. Mail or available for pick-up from the Earlham College Registrar's Office during office hours.  The fee is $20.00 per transcript.

Expedited Shipping: Transcripts will be processed within 1 business day and mailed by Priority Mail Express for a fee of $40.00 per recipient for domestic addresses and $65 per recipient for international addresses. 

Payment is required at the time of ordering a transcript.  Transcript requests will not be processed during campus closure.
