Eligibility

Visiting undergraduates who are pursuing a degree at another institution and wish to enroll in classes at Earlham College with the intention of transferring credits back to their home institution.

IMPORTANT: In order to submit your application, you will be required to upload an unofficial transcript from the college or university at which you are currently enrolled. You may want to have this document ready before completing the application.

General Information

We are glad that you are planning to take a course at Earlham College. You will be contacted regarding the status of your registration within approximately 2-4 business days of receipt of your application. The Registrar’s Office will obtain necessary approvals for courses that have prerequisites and will contact applicants if there are any issues.

Note: Students are responsible for verifying with the registrar at their home institution that the course completed at Earlham College will transfer back to the primary institution.


Winter Session Application Deadline: December 8, 2023 at 1:00 p.m.


Payment Policy

Tuition for the Winter session is $1400. You will be billed at the time of registration and payment is due in full by the first day of class.


Refund Policy

Visiting students who withdraw by midnight on the first day of classes (Tuesday, January 2) will receive a full tuition refund. There will be no refunds for course tuition after that time.
